i found a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. the air conditioning in my junior suite was not very effective , so the room felt a bit stuffy , even with it running constantly. also , the mini-fridge did not keep drinks as cold as i would have liked.

The hotel's location directly across from the train station was INCREDIBLY convenient. The staff members were consistently helpful and very friendly. My room was large, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast options were plentiful and quite nice.

the room felt really spacious with super high ceilings. bed sheets were especially soft and luxurious. i really loved the beautiful drapes and the fluffy carpet, they definitely added warmth. the washroom was super clean and equipped with all necessities. its location near the train station made getting around brussels super easy, i caught an early eurostar!

Street noise was audible. The windows weren't great at blocking sounds but i had earplugs
